‘Hamartia’ is the sixth EP by Swedish gothic metal band Tribulation, released on 7th April 2023 by Century Media Records.

After earning two Swedish Grammy Awards, last in 2022 for their highly acclaimed album ‘Where The Gloom Becomes Sound’ (2021), Tribulation have now returned with their new EP ‘Hamartia’. This is a first taste of fresh recordings with new guitarist Joseph Tholl. The EP also features a cover version of Blue Öyster Cults ‘Vengeance (The Pact)’.

‘Hamartia’ was recorded with Robert Phersson, mixed by Tom Dalgety (who previously mixed ‘Where The Gloom Becomes Sound’), mastered by Magnus Lindberg and comes with artwork by Tribulation’s guitarist Adam Zaars.
