Tori’s seventh solo album, Scarlet’s Walk, was originally released in October 2002. Amos distilled her own real-life road trip into a succession of stories, told through the eyes of a semi-autobiographical character named Scarlet. Scarlets Walk is delicate, lush, soft, gritty, beautiful, painful, wistful and joyous.
