Description
The Way The Wind Blows is the third album by A Hawk And A Hacksaw, originally released in October 2006.
The album was the bands breakthrough release, hitting a surge of interest in Balkan folk music. It was partially recorded in Romania with members of legendary Roma brass band Fanfare Ciocarlia. The album also features Beiruts Zach Condon, a long time associate of AHAAHs Jeremy Barnes.
The reissue is limited to 400 copies on black vinyl, and will be packaged with a CD for the first time.
Sleeve artwork is exact repro of original LP release, with the Leaf 20 logo spot varnished on front cover.
