Hammond Organ master’s live album. Originaly Recorded in 1970 but not released until 1995. Recorded at The Club Mozambique, Detroit, Michigan, on 21st May 1970. Featuring George Benson on guitar, plus Ronnie Cuber (baritone sax), Dave Hubbard (tenor), Gary Jones (congas) and Joe Dukes (drums). Showcasing six funky, riff-based Smith originals plus unique takes on Sly and The Family Stones Thank You (Falettinme Be Mice Elf Again) and Victor Feldmans Seven Steps To Heaven. Includes photography by Francis Wolff and liner notes by musician / writer Bob Belden.
