Abomination took the US-american metal scene by storm, playing with death-thrashers and friends Asphyx, Master and other bands. Combining lightning fast riffs, Paul Speckmann’s raspy trademark growl and speedy bassplaying, pummeling drums and production, the band created a whole new genre of music in the early 90s – death’n’thrash metal. After two killer albums on Nuclear Blast Records, Abomination released ‘The Final War’ in 1999 on CD. This legendary album is available now – after more than 20 years – on vinyl for the first time.
