Released in March 1974, Starless and Bible Black is the sixth studio album by the English progressive rock band King Crimson. It is a unique “experimental hybrid” record, largely consisting of live improvisations recorded during their 1973 European tour, which were then meticulously edited and overdubbed in the studio to remove audience noise.
