The Lamb Lies Down On Broadway was the sixth album by Genesis and was originally released in November 1974. It was a concept album telling the story of a boy who lived on the streets. Whilst the concept wasnt that far-reaching, the six-month long tour that followed was one of the most ostentatious in rock history Peter Gabriel really went for it. This is an album you need to make time for, sit down and listen to the whole thing at once, not something you can simply dip into.
