Working with celebrated chamber ensembley music (Bon Iver, Antony & The Johnsons, Rufus Wainwright) to build this magnificent album, with hints of Roberta Flack, Regina Spektor and Edith Piaf, amongst others.

Already receiving an incredible critical response this record is sure to define My Brightest Diamond as one of Americas most intriguing creators of music.

In between making this album, Shara has been a contributing and touring member of The Decemberists and has worked with The National and their various off shoots. She could also be heard on Sufjan Stevens most recent album, The Age Of Adz.
