Slotface release their second album. Following the success of their 2017 debut, Spellemann (Norwegian Grammy) winning album Try Not To Freak Out, 2019 brought comeback single Telepathetic, break-up anthem Stuff, pensive and powerful Sink Or Swim, and the raucous S.U.C.C.E.S.S., all of which feature on this new LP. On first listen, the punk-fuelled banger that is S.U.C.C.E.S.S. appears as a fierce motivational anthem, but lyrically the track exposes the deeper theme that some times as a woman, or as someone whos parents immigrated to a country you just feel like you have to be better than everyone else to be good enough, because you have more to prove explains frontwoman Haley.
